The breakfast was healthy and abundant, I ordered fresh fruit, milk, toast, and eggs. Booked a room with a fantastic view of arenal volcano. The accommodation had a central location near the center of La Fortuna.

Good and decent location, within walking distance of everywhere. Thanks to the extremely polite stuff everything was perfect, including a huge variety ofOUTSTANDING food. Hot and abundant breakfast, a huge variety of options available.

Peaceful hotel with stylish rooms, great views of the gardens and volcano. Location: particularly good, near to restaurants and town and a beautiful garden and Arenal volcano and Secreto La Fortuna. Nearby Kazan Bar Restaurante - great place to chill out.

The location of this hotel close enough to the local natural attractions, nice garden area with frogs/sloths and the center of town was good and incredible. Overall the staff was pretty friendly.

Room was brand-new and beautifully maintained, and breakfast was warm. It was nice to have refrigerators and glassware available.

The venue was in a central location not far from the resident wildlife including mummy and baby sloths and a red-eyed tree frog, Arenal volcano, and the Butterfly conservatory and the lake. I was offered a healthy and hot breakfast with fresh pressed orange juice. The staff were superfriendly and excellent too.

Had a LOVELY stay for for as many nights as you need, everything was beautiful. Got superior queen room with a comfortable bed as expected, liked it. The hotel's location was good, close to the outskirts of town, market and town center and the expansive gardens. Also, we saw Adifort, based not too far away from the venue.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Pretty gardens with possible volcano view. Helpful staff, good discounts on tours. Short walk to laid-back town with cafes, shops, and English speakers. Great holiday destination, thank you to everyone.

Location: the hotel was close enough to points of interest as well as all main shops. I appreciated fresh fruit, milk, toast and eggs for breakfast, overall it was healthy and good hot.

I absolutely loved this place, from the amazing rooms to the fantastic staff - it was a great experience! As for dinner, we were able to easily walk to Italianissimo, which was a plus.
